Delivery Areas

Vero Technology delivers nationwide across South Africa, including major cities and surrounding areas such as Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria, Port Elizabeth, Bloemfontein, and beyond. We use trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed once full payment has been received and confirmed.

  • Major cities (JHB, CPT, DBN, PTA): 2–3 business days
  • Other urban areas: 3–5 business days
  • Remote or rural areas: 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for courier delays beyond our control.

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. Delivery fees will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can monitor your delivery.

Receiving Your Order

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at your provided address. If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may leave a notification for re-delivery or collection. Additional re-delivery fees may apply.

Inspect your parcel upon delivery. If the packaging appears damaged, note this with the courier before signing. Report any damage to us within 24 hours of receipt.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Vero Technology is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Additional courier fees may apply for address corrections after dispatch.
