Returns and Refunds Policy

Vero Technology wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This policy is in line with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA).

7-Day Return Window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is in its original condition (not physically damaged by the customer)
  • All original accessories and packaging are included
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Contact us via our Contact page or WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return. Do not send items back without first contacting us.

Warranty Returns (6 Months)

If your product develops a hardware fault within the 6-month warranty period, we will repair or replace it at our discretion, at no charge to you. This is a carry-in warranty — you are responsible for delivering the product to us safely. We recommend using a tracked courier.

Warranty claims do not cover:

  • Physical damage caused by the customer
  • Software, virus, or operating system issues
  • Damage from incorrect use or accessories
  • Normal wear and tear

Refunds

Refunds are issued once the returned product has been received and inspected by our team. Refunds will be processed via EFT to your bank account within 5–7 business days of approval.

Original delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will be invoiced for the difference.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged by the customer after delivery
  • Products returned after the 7-day window without prior arrangement
  • Software, licences, or digital products

How to Return

  1. Contact us via our Contact page or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide you with a return reference number and instructions
  3. Package the product securely and send it to our address using a tracked courier
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or replacement
